6.1 ber100 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the payment methods displayed in the Platform's Deposit section, which may include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to change without notice.
6.2 A minimum deposit amount applies per transaction, as displayed in the Deposit section at the time of the transaction. ber100 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.
6.3 Deposits are generally credited to your Real-Money Balance upon confirmation of receipt by ber100's payment processing systems. 15.1 ber100 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
15.2 Upon termination for cause (breach of Terms, fraud, or prohibited conduct), any remaining balance in the Account may be forfeited at ber100's discretion. Upon termination for reasons other than cause (e.g., self-exclusion, PAGCOR directive), any verified Real-Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified payment method, less any outstanding obligations.
15.3 Inactive accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — will be subject to an administrative fee as set out in ber100's Inactive Account Policy, published on the Platform. Players will be notified by email before any fees are applied.

17.1 ber100 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform before the amended Terms take effect.
17.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
